Earlier shown at the 2016 Auto Expo, the Nissan X-Trail Hybrid is on its way to the showrooms here in India. While Nissan India, officially sold the first and the second generation of the X-Trail, the brand never had the current-gen model (introduced in 2013) up until now. The third-gen model, in fact, will be introduced in the eco-friendly hybrid form.
Exteriors of X-Trail Hybrid are peculiar yet striking due to the high-set hood. Also the ‘V’ chrome accent imposed on the grille makes it unique. The prominent LED headlights make this attractive car.
The interior of this car integrates a distinctive ridge which moves on to the door pads. The exclusive 3-spoke steering wheel will flaunt a silver accent that compliments the centre console and door pads.
The car will be loved for its clever drivetrain. It will come integrated with a 2-litre, in-line 4-cylinder petrol engine. This is paired with a very powerful 31kW electric motor to ensure impressive 180bhp power output. The power fuels Dual Clutch Control really well.
