Prepare the first marinating mixture by mixing the chicken with initial ingredients. Now leave it for 20 minutes. Now add all the ingredients mentioned in the 2nd marinating mixture. You can keep it in the fridge for 4 hours. Or may be overnight can be best!
Meanwhile, prepare the puree f tomatoes and cashews and grind them into a smooth puree. Now stain the puree using the filter.
Grilling the chicken:
Now take a frying pan and heat the butter on the medium flame. Add the marinated chicken in the same and cook it till the moisture evaporates.
Butter Chicken gravy:
Heta the butter in the pan and add cinnamon, cardamom and cloves in the same. Now add the ginger garlic paste along with green chilies till you can feel the aromatic fragrance. After 2 minutes, add the puree you prepared before along with sugar, salt and red chili powder. You will notice the puree turning thick and the butter separating from the gravy.
