Sleep plays a very important role in maintaining healthy day-to-day activities. There are various reasons
such as work and business pressure, family responsibilities, monetary issues, the strained relationship

to enjoy a peaceful and sound sleep.

Develop a relaxing bedtime routine:-

Do not perform exercise instantly before going to bed because it will make it difficult for you to sleep. Do not
sleep instantly after performing the exercise, because it can cause some physical problems.

Perform every possible activity that helps to cope up with stress. Stress and eradicates sleep. They do not allow you to sleep well. Stress and anxiety nodes off all the sleep.
