Running today is one of the most affordable sports activities. Many believe that the most useful. Its main advantage is that you can get up in the morning and, while everyone sniffles in their beds, devote themselves and their health for half an hour. But the student realities made me look at classes in the pool in a completely different way, I not only learned to swim at last, but also stopped being afraid of public pools, and I realized that no germs and inflammations are terrible to a healthy, athletic and tempered body with strong immunity. Swimming is considered one of the most useful sports. He has no contraindications and side effects. Everyone can do swimming: from toddlers to the elderly, while there is a uniform formation of muscles throughout the body. If you do not know how to swim, then it is advisable to take a group course or take a couple of individual lessons with an instructor. I want to add that you can go to the pool with your other “half,” or with the kids.
With this sport, I have no quality experience. As a student, we just went to court with friends, brought racquets with us, and played without rules. We always trained without an instructor, having absolutely no base, just hit the ball, but it was great! If you need the effect of training, then, of course, you need a coach. I always liked the game itself, perhaps in time I will return to tennis, but I will be 100% prepared. The disadvantage of the game is that it is quite an expensive sport. You will need to buy good rackets, rent a particular room, and take a few lessons. However, there is a huge plus: tennis is played together or four together. This way you can spend time with your friends or with your family.
A gym is an ideal place for athletes who supplement/compensate for the load of the primary sport or, for example, for men who want to be like super-heroes. I tried it once, and I was bored in the hall. No, of course, if you need to pump up and look like Apollo’s wife, then this is what you need. I did not like the fact that I carried out monotonous, slow movements, and my muscle very only increased, and with it the size of my body. Maybe businesspersons who need to concentrate and be alone will appreciate this sport. The most significant advantages of it, in my opinion, are the flexibility of the schedule and the ability to hire an individual instructor for reasonable money.

Bicycle is my friend since childhood. In high school years, he was my primary means of transportation: on vacation and in everyday life, we drove through forests, through fields, and around the city in the company of cyclists like me. In my opinion, this is the most fun sport, besides free. Walking is something that everyone can afford, be it a mom with a stroller or a grandmother with her granddaughter. It will be more pleasant to walk, of course, in good weather and polite company. You can walk with children, friends, the whole family, or one by one, walking the dog before bedtime or just listening to music, in the park, in the forest or the city. Such a walk can be combined with a picnic or barbecue. According to many modern pediatricians, it is useful to walk with children in the fresh air and any weather. In their opinion, immunity is thus strengthened. Our children and we take walks in the rain. Rubber boots, raincoats, and umbrellas – to help us. Children are happy and satisfied when they run through puddles and wet grass without limits. The main thing is to choose the right route so as not to get very dirty. This sport has now become a year-round, thanks to sports clubs, where there are indoor badminton courts. We go to play badminton with friends – both fun and sports. There are many types of yoga. I want to clarify that my story is devoid of any religious context. I do not wish to spend hours breathing and singing mantras. For me, yoga is just a sport and nothing more. Therefore, I prefer to attend power yoga classes (power yoga). More and more dynamically, but always remains an element of calm. All exercises are aimed at maintaining the natural state of the body, while it is necessary not to forget to breathe correctly and to carry out tasks. In general, I strongly advise. I go to group classes – it is fun and, at the same time, always under the supervision of an experienced instructor.

Dance classes are primarily exercises that make all muscles work at the same time. There are several main areas: hip-hop (a combination of fun and freedom, improvisation and the opportunity to be what you want), ballet (for a noble posture, elegant gait and slim figure), aerobics with elements of dance, belly dancing (your body will learn to express emotions, forcing the abdominal muscles, arms and hips to work, which is very important for us women), Latin American dances (cha-cha, rumba, salsa, and Zumba – all these activities will make you feel confident and distract from everyday troubles fill you good mood m). Be in the rhythm of the dance, and your figure will be the envy of your girlfriends and the object of desire for men.
These winter sports are beneficial during the cold season. Your lungs are filled with clean air, and active sports activities outside in the winter perfectly harden your body and spirit. It is a pity that regular occupations are difficult to implement, as well as financially costly if you are not residents of one of the mountains alpine villages. With skates, the situation is simpler – in almost every city, you can find a skating rink today, which can work even all year round.
